When we decided to sell our house and move closer to our family, we never considered any other realtor. Jason was with us every step in the selling process. He was so responsive, patiently explained details so we could understand them, and never failed to answer our many calls and texts. While he is a busy professional, Jason always answered the phone or text when we called. The sale could not have been easier. During the selling process, Jason also helped us find and purchase our new home. We were very specific about our needs and he spent time researching listings to make sure that we only saw properties that fit our needs. When we found the right home, he was there anytime we needed him. He met us at the property many times so we could see it again, measure the rooms, walk the yard, and make sure it was the right home for us. All of this is to say that Jason Van Note will work for you as if you are his only client. He values you, respects your time, prioritizes your needs & wants, understands all aspects of the business and will give you honest answers to all of your questions. He makes the process easy. We have been working with Jason on & off for about a year due to COVID. He’s been nothing but patient and responsive during this time, and is both professional and extremely personable! We were faced with a very difficult and stubborn seller and Jason helped negotiate to ensure all our needs were met. His range of industry contacts makes the entire home buying process pain-free. We began working with Jason in November 2019 to relocate from Northern Virginia to the Hill Country in Texas.
