My wife and I are first time buyers who rarely dealt with real estate agents. We were not in a rush to buy and Jasmine had a perfect approach to give us space but at the same time keep us informed and involved when something new would pop up.She showed us our new home and we fell in love with it instantly! During the process she was on top of everything and helped us negotiate a much better price which the sellers accepted.Jasmine was available in the evenings and on the weekends to answer any question we had. We closed on our home about a month after first seeing it and without Jasmine, I’m not sure that would’ve been possible.
