My wife, Lisa, and I met Jared at an open house and were immediately impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of the real estate market. We had just started mulling the idea of selling our current home and upgrading to a larger home, so we decided to book a consult with Jared and see what options we had. We were put at ease with the number of options he was able to present and we were helped along the way by his numerous contacts that helped us stage the existing home and finance the new home. I sit here writing this review in our new home and having already sold the previous home. We got top dollar on the house we sold and were able to get the new house under contract at, what I feel, is a discount! You’ve found your realtor, look no further, he’s the real deal!

I have been working with Jared for several years now and have had an exceptional experience each time we work together. He helped my wife and I find and purchase our first home. We were very picky and had specific criteria to take into account before purchasing. We were also under critical time constraints and he was very proactive, showing us almost twenty listings in a few weeks time.Being a native Houstonian, he has intimate knowledge of the Houston area and its numerous suburbs, as well as the direction they are headed in. Important knowledge when considering a long term housing situation. On the contract and closing side, he was very helpful. With his experience we were able to negotiate price and other items effectively.We continue to work with him several years later as he has helped us branch out into the investment space. Additionally, when it came time to refinance, he was able to save us a decent amount of money by working with KW lending, giving us a favorable rate and some reduction in fees. Jared Greenberg at JG Home Group helped us find and then negotiated the purchase of our family dream house in Cross Creek Ranch. This was our fourth experience buying a home, and it was also our best, all thanks to Jared! He was able to efficiently schedule showings for us during the height of the spring covid shutdown. He gave us enough space to view the homes while always being easily available for questions. He’s very laid back without ever rushing you or making you feel pressured. Jared also has a fantastic grasp of the numbers when making such a big investment. He ensures you have all the best information available to aid your decision making wether you’ve known to ask for it or not! The scheduling of our contact-free closing couldn’t have been easier. I met Jared in Katy-Houston area while being relocated by my company from Toronto to Houston, just a couple months before the onset of the COVID pandemic in March 2020. Jarred was direct, honest, and very accommodating of my traveling schedules. The closure of the borders between US and CAN put the relocation in pause but Jarred continue supporting us on-line for a whole year, not only sending listings, but constantly answering questions and providing insight on how the market was evolving, till finally we were able to return to Houston to complete the house search. Because of the COVID traveling restrictions, we had to proceed with a remote closure. Mentioning all this story because our experience wasn’t the straightforward one and certainly tested Jared’s ability to manage and so he did in an outstanding fashion. I’ve relocated multiple times and worked with many realtors. Jared was second to none. I will highly recommend him without any hesitation.
