Janelle was truly exceptional. She was very patient and understanding with the long process of doing a VA new build. She was constantly available by phone and keeping us informed. Janelle does an excellent job making sure the families she works with understand the process of buying or selling, important deadlines and makes sure that there are no unexpected issues with the closing. We would highly recommend her to family and friends looking to purchase their forever home.
