Jacob Sloan is the ONLY realtor I will ever use from now on. Buying a home is so complicated and there is literally no way I couldve done it without him. It was a up and down process for us, but he was patient and encouraging the whole time. We absolutely love our house and must importantly, he made us feel at peace throughout the whole experience. Buying a house can be super stressful, but Jacob allowed us to not only find our dream house, but he took care of everything so we never once felt like we werent going to find it. Only put 5 stars because theres no option for 10.

Jacob was so helpful during the whole process. As out of town buyers, we didnt know the Waco area that well and werent sure exactly what we wanted. We were all over the place, but Jacob was so patient. He knows the Waco area well and showed us several areas and options. When we finally found a property that we liked, we were in a multiple-offer situation. We made an offer based on Jacobs recommendations, and we got the contract! Jacob went above and beyond for us. He is also great at communicating, answering questions, and explaining. He is great to work with!

I was blown away by the video he put together of my house. So well made and classy, if I may say. There are plenty of realtors who fall into realty “for easy extra money”. Jacob sought out this career and it shows. There’s nothing easy about it for him because he goes above what’s expected or even necessary.When listing my house I wanted to start at 298k. Jacob said he thought 280k was the fair value, but to do what I thought best. I didn’t listen and lo and behold, we closed for 280k. Professional.The only problem I have is I don’t have anymore properties for him to sell, but when I do, I know who to call!
