Update: After the workshop, I continued to work with Jackie for our home search. She is fantastic - so incredibly patient with our 10,000 questions and extremely knowledgeable about houses, home repairs, maintenance, vendors, etc. She gave great advice and really helped us through some of the more emotional moments ;) Jackie also helped us draft and negotiate an offer that we were confident with and ultimately led us to an easy (and quick) closing. And she even brought us a lovely housewarming gift! I truly felt she was a partner in the process, helping us every step of the way.Thank you, Jackie! You are awesome!--------------I went to Jackies Home Buyer Workshop and left 100 times more prepared for the entire process. Jackie helped me sell a house in California and buy one in Texas. In both cases she worked hard to make things happen. She started by understanding my situation and needs. Then, she explained options and worked out the optimal strategy. She aggressively kept the process moving, but always respected my decisions. When I had questions or concerns, her breadth of knowledge was impressive, but more importantly, when she wasnt sure about something, she tapped into an extensive network of experts and information resources to get the right answers. On the sale, I walked away with more money than I could have imagined getting. On the purchase, Jackie kept the search alive until I had a nearly ideal property at a price well below what I would have expected.
