I closed on my first home with Jemmetta by my side. I must say she was very patient and understanding, from beginning to end. She helped me understand the differences between the Harris County programs. And what they have to offer to income eligible households. I definitely recommend her to my friends and family members. I wanna highlight her patience in particular because I had so many difficult circumstances and obstacles. But she remained positive and professional and always got answers for me. I thank God for Jemmetta ! I was going through the housing process and kept getting the run around. I went through several different realtors and lenders that did not believe in the program that I wanted to participate in or believe I could be a homeowner due to my student loan debt. One of my realtors backed out because she feared she would not get paid on the deal. I reached out to Jemmetta and told her my situation and she took a chance with me. She told me to trust her and that’s what I did ! What the last lendor and realtor took 6 months to do, she got it all done in a week !!!!! She put me with the right lenders that was very knowledgeable and she got me more than what I could ask for. Jemmetta is the best ! And she really care about her clients dream of homeownership ! She was patient with me and answered all my questions. I highly recommend her !!!!! She’s so sweet she even got me a gift when I closed, so thoughtful !

Wow! Made leasing a house such a breeze! Jemmetta was professional and personal! She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way!. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the application, to working with the landlord. This made it really easy to move in less than 3 weeks!. The best real estate company I have ever dealt with. Very professional, experienced and helpful. Highly recommend.

Our experience with Jemmetta Coleman has been nothing short of exceptional!!We first started communicating with Jemmetta while we resided in NYC. She showed us listings virtually until we were able to visit Texas. During our visit, she made us feel like we were her top priority; showing us multiple listings daily as well as being available via phone and text when ever we reached out. Being first time home buyers, Jemmetta took the time to explain how much the housing market has evolves amidst the pandemic. A reality check was needed on our wish list, and during each viewing Jemmetta helped us narrow down our must haves. Once we returned to NYC Jemmetta would Facetime us daily with listings, until she found a perfect match for us.
