Eija Watson has been my realtor for over 15 years. I have sold and purchased 2 homes with her and had nothing but stellar experiences. Eija made sure that through the entire process that I was satisfied. She goes the extra measures before, during and after. I have recommended her to several friends and they were very happy working with her in selling and purchasing homes. Her 25 years of experience in the Houston and surrounding markets are rare to find. She is a Broker and is certified as a Luxury Realtor. Houston Luxury Properties is the Real Estate company to use. Eija goes above and beyond for every client. She is very professional as well as very personal. I have used her as a buyer as well as a seller. She will sell your house fast for a great price or find you the perfect home you’ve been looking for. We worked with Eija on our recent home purchase when we moved back to Houston from Denver. Knowing our need to find the right home in a tight time frame, Eija went above and beyond in finding the right properties to view and guiding us in our own search so that we found the right area. Throughout the entire process she provided focused support and answered every question in a timely manner, keeping on top of everything we needed. Even after the purchase, she continued to follow up with the seller to close out one last item! Eija will always be our go to for all our real estate needs.

I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Eija... few realtors work as hard and fight for their clients as much as Eija does. She found us our perfect home in the perfect area we wanted - at a very difficult time in the market. She always made us feel like we were her only clients, and her knowledge of the reality industry is unmatched. Shes also just a lovely, authentic and caring person who takes the time to actually get to know her clients on a personal level, which I think is hard to find these days. We highly recommend!

Eija is amazing. I’m not one to post reviews; yet when you have the pleasure of dealing with a professional… they (Eija Watson) deserves the recognition.We needed space (5 kiddos), yet wanted Cy-Fair ISD. Eija knew the area, found homes that were “hidden gems”, unsure how because I was all over the MLS, Zillow, HAR, and Realtor. We had a selection to check out/ walk thru. Eija was patient, knowledgeable of the area, a partner in the process; not a sales person.She is a class act. Assisted us in negotiations, Whats fair and what’s not. Walked us thru the closing process, title locations. First off, finding a new house isnt easy -- especially in this market. No one will work harder for you to get the deal done correctly and most importantly fairly. Eija has significant experience not only in the suburbs but has worked extensively inside the loop...She one of the only realtor/brokers that I have come across that will be completely 100% honest with you by saying Dont buy this house -- wait -- your perfect house will come -- Which exactly what happened to not only myself, but other friends that have used Eija as well! Would recommend her again and again....

I was so worried about selling our house, but Eija made it so easy. She was there to give advice and let us know what to expect. She was right on the money. The pictures she posted on line for us was amazing. The morning the house went on the market i was a nervous wreck. She updated me through out the day and sold the house for more than asking in a few hours! I cant say enough about her professionalism and the job she done. Mrs. Watson is an excellent real estate agent with deep knowledge about intricacies of buying a house. she is like a one source for an overall home buying experience. She not only shows you houses on sale, she will connect you to trusted mortgage lenders and reliable restoration or repair companies. She does not rush you to buy your house or lose interest as it is usually the norm with most realters after they show you a couple of houses. She understands that house hunting is an experience by itself and would like you to fully enjoy it. she does not just disappear after she closes. she makes sure that everything is going ok once you move in and stays in touch often. I will and recommend Mrs. Watson to my friends and family at any time for any real estate needs.
