Neko is absolutely incredible! We were moving down from Boston and he was so patient and knowledgeable with explaining all of our different options. He held our hand throughout the entire application process and really ensured that we got the apartment we wanted. He was extremely accessible and very responsive. He would proactively reach out to the leasing offices to ensure our application was being prioritized and that we were getting the best deals.

This is truly a great service! Being from out-of-state, my roommate and I had limited knowledge on which area would be best suited for our needs. We found them through social media and shortly after direct messaging them, Neko Harvey arranged a remote meeting.Neko really came through. We spoke on the phone maybe once or twice and we discussed what our living preferences and budget were. Neko then complied a list of places that would be most ideal and from there all we had to do was visit the apartment and apply. He is on-it and very responsive. He also followed up and kept tabs on the progress.This service is completely free and not a scam. I highly recommend.
