I needed my house and guest house painted. I found these guys on Craigslist so I wasnt sure what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised with the level of service provided. Michael, the owner, is extremely professional, responsive and delivered everything as promised....as well as a few curve balls I threw at him. Great communication throughout the entire process. He provided a very detailed invoice at the beginning that explicitly layed out what the job entailed for the price. Any changes I made along the way were updated on the invoice and provided to me so there were no surprises when the job was done.On the jobsite, his crew were all very polite, professional and hard working. Any questions or concerns brought to them were addressed immediately with a pleasant attitude. All very good people.When the job was done, I was very happy with their work. It even passed the critical eye from my wife and mother in law....thats not easy! Michael said to contact him if I notice anything needing to be touched up and he will send someone over to take care of it. I have no doubt he would deliver on that promise if needed.Bottom line: I would not hesitate recommending these guys. Good people , good work, reasonable rates.

I own a couple of rental properties and I originally called Michael’s company to help me fix up my properties. He was extremely good at being cost effective while achieving a beautiful final product. I had planned to let his company represent me in the selling of one of my homes, however my niece is a new real estate agent and my wife wanted to help her out because she is family. I hope our sale goes through well lol regardless I would highly recommend Michael and his team.
