I’m so glad we had Hillery as our realtor. We had a big move to Texas from California with many challenges including the time differences, distance to travel to house hunt, and a quick turnaround timeline to move. To complicate it more, this was all during the busy Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year season. Hillery assured me we would be able to find a house the weekend we came to Texas in November and even said we wouldn’t need more than one day. I had my doubts, but she was right, it was the second house we looked at! She was great with all communication between us and the salesman/builder/loan officer to help coordinate and make sure things ran smoothly. She was very easy to contact even despite our time difference between California and Texas. She was patient and great at explaining things as the home buying process was new to us. She is knowledgeable and you can tell she really cares about her clients and advocates for them. We highly recommend Hillery for your realtor! Thank you Hillery! -
