When Lance says he is passionate about Real Estate, that’s an understatement! I switched brokerages last summer and I haven’t regretted one minute with Heritage. Lance always answers your calls or texts, never judges, and is always ready to lend a helping hand. I had a listing in my hometown and I was already representing both sides with potential buyers. When another buyer came into play that was related to the other buyers, I wasn’t comfortable rep’ing both due to certain circumstances. Lance jumped in and represented the other buyers flawlessly and was a HUGE help in this transaction. If you are considering getting your RE license I HIGHLY suggest interviewing Lance as a potential broker to join under. He has a ton of experience in the field, and is so kind, but especially when it comes to new agents. He can help you fully understand what you are getting into, clarify your goals and help you reach them. If you are considering switching brokerages, DO IT! You won’t regret it. I have saved a ton of money with Heritage, due to the $299/transaction fee that is taken from commission and that’s IT! No splits. Thank you Lance for supporting my business in every way possible!
