It was an extreme pleasure working with Heather. She is very responsive, knowledgeable and professional. Her capabilities to describe and feature properties is outstanding. Her ability use multiple media sources just shows she is on top of her game. I believe due to this, we had a cash offer, $15K above asking price within three days of our property listing. All the showings resulted in at least a full price offer, again due to her great write up and aerial video. Heather went above and beyond making herself available to meet with a contractor to assist in a repair we needed done before listing. Since we live in the Dallas area and could not always be available during the week, she without hesitation offered her personal services. This is a trait not found with every agent. Heather went above and beyond helping my family and I find our dream property. She showed us countless properties over the past couple of years until we finally landed on one. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and the properties we looked at. I had questions regarding ag exemption , wildlife exemption, converting one into the other etc which she answered right away. She walked us thru all the different scenarios and was right there to help us when it came to the title company, home inspection, pool inspection, easements and everything else that comes with buying a new property. She even bought our little one a fishing pole for her new adventures at closing. I was truly impressed with her knowledge and the connections she has to make things happen. We have had several real estate agent/brokers in the past but none of them had the expertise Heather has. I am very picky when it comes to choosing a home/acreage and Heather took those peculiarities and found what we were looking for. I am very happy we found her!
