Brianna and her team are really the best of the best! We are so lucky to have found such a great group of people to work with. We appreciate their willingness to work with our unique situation and stuck with us through a longer than anticipated home search.We had moved to DFW from San Diego a year ago and bought our house on the internet (big mistake). Even though it was a new construction home there were a lot of things we were unhappy with (lack of privacy being one of them). We were nervous about selling our home before finding a replacement home. Brianna talked us through the different options in terms of how we could sell/buy at the same time and ultimately we took the most challenging path, buying a new house before selling our current home.After a few months, we found the new home search so challenging (due to budget and limited location we were looking in) we decided to take our house off the market and stop our search. Two weeks later we found the right house for us and by staying in touch with people that had been interested in buying our home, Brianna sold it when it was off the market (which was a huge relief that we didnt have to go through all the showing process again).Their team even worked it out so we could sign for both our purchase and sale on the same day, and everything worked out perfectly.You wont find a better real estate team in Dallas, trust me! Brianna and Amanda and everyone in the team made our homebuying process a very smooth and pleasant one. We were out-of-state buyers, they were able to reassure us every step of the way. Brianna was extremely knowledgeable, always with a smile on her face (or in her voice), professional and friendly. Amanda went and visited properties on our behalf and took detailed photos of the home as well as the neighborhood (we sent her everywhere in DFW but she never hesitated to help us). Briannas strategy was crucial in our final offer that secures our house. In addition, Brianna and her team were able to give us recommendations on many home services that were extremely useful since we werent in TX. Brianna was also very transparent in her approach, which was important for us. We were straightforward buyers who appreciate thorough, professional, straightforward agents. We were both extremely busy and overwhelmed with our move but Brianna helped us address the most difficult aspect of the big move: finding a house. Thank you, Brianna, Amanda and Jill and everyone. As a first time homebuyer, I had only ever heard horror stories about how difficult and stressful the homebuying process is. Brianna made sure our experience was the exact opposite of that! She was beyond helpful. She listened so well to everything on our wish list and was able to even read between the lines to anticipate needs we didnt even realize we had. The homes she showed us proved she knew what we were looking for. When we found the one we wanted, she made sure we thoroughly understood and were comfortable with every step in the process. She also had excellent referrals for us for inspectors, homeowners insurance, cleaning services, etc. Each of them was as great to work with as Brianna was. Our entire experience beginning to end was easy and smooth, and Im so grateful we had Brianna by our side.

Brianna and the entire Haven Realty group team have been exceptional. First, we werent on the market and were not planning on selling. We knew Brianna from the neighborhood and she called one day letting us know she had a potential buyer if we were open to the conversation. Just a few days later we were under contract and suddenly needed a place to live. With the market the way it is, it is particularly daunting to find a house. She and her team are white glove service. She listened, calmed and organized a planned of attack for us (I am very Type A so this was important for my own stress levels). Coached us through the offer process, debated various strategies with us and now we are under contract on what could very well be our forever home. We didnt plan on this being our 2022 journey but are so grateful for Brianna and her team. While we dont plan on doing this again (said that before though ;) ), we would recommend her over and over again, without any hesitation.

10 out of 5 stars. Yes, you read that correctly. I am not a wordsmith like my wife, but I have to speak to this from my perspective…..This was our first home purchase that my wife and I have ever done and would always hear the horror stories that people have through the whole process. Brianna and Lisa made sure that our experience was THE EXACT OPPOSITE of that. No stress at all!!!Right away, you can tell Brianna is a warm and caring person. She ‘met’ with us over the phone to get a feel of what we wanted and price range. Explained everything in detail of what we could expect working with her and her team. She is also quite the trooper. On our first outing of looking at houses, Brianna took on a marathon day and it was hot and miserable day at that. But, she was relentless in making sure that we saw the list we had swamped her with (Sorry Brianna!). A few days later we looked at the house we wanted to put an offer on. One thing she told us on the first day is that she looks for that “zing” that happens in her client’s eyes when they find “the house” and knows when they are ready to go for it.When that happened for us, is when their experiences, knowledge, contacts, and expertise became very apparent. They did an AWESOME job in managing our expectations. Lisa kept us up to date and on almost daily basis where we stood with the offer, contract negotiations, upcoming inspections, credits, repairs and appraisals. It was literally a painless process. Brianna is such a wonderful person and she calls Lisa her ace in the hole when it comes to managing the steps for the purchase.Working with Brianna and Lisa was an absolutely amazing experience, it is hard to put it into words. Brianna and her team at Haven Realty Group are just that, a TEAM! When we decided to sell our home, they were the first choice due to them being so successful at selling several homes in our area. Haven Realty knows their stuff and it shows. We were going on vacation and put our home on the market while we were gone. We had an offer within 3 days, negotiated back and forth by text and accepted an offer within a week of being on the market. The entire TEAM kept us in the loop through the entire process and were very helpful when we had questions along the way. Even talked us off the ledge a couple times! Explaining the Market situation, the pros and cons of the Market.We had the opportunity to interview other realtors during the process of selecting our realtor and Briannas biggest differentials are:1) Her understanding of Digital Market. We all know....Everyone does House hunting over the internet. You dont go to a house without looking at the details on internet. Even though we see many people offering Digital Marketing, Brianna was the one that impressed us the most with her knowledge and the Data Analytics behind.2) Her experience on pricing. From the begging Brianna told us about the Market Expectations and the real value of the House. We had some expectations about what we have invested in the house. Our House had some features that werent so ordinary ( Solar Power and EV Ready) and she was able to market it properly.3) Availability/Flexibility/Creativity. From the Market strategy, staging the house for Virtual Tour and Open House.... When we had questions about the closing.... every single little question we had, Brianna answered quite fast and very professionally.In Summary, we are very happy with Brianna as our realtor.
