My family and I have worked with her six times and have always been impressed by her professionalism and unwavering support. As a military family, we required a flexible realtor who could accommodate our specific needs, and Gina always went the extra mile to ensure we were well taken care of. One thing we admire about Gina is her in-depth knowledge of the local market. She knows what to look for when showing properties and always provides valuable insights that would have been difficult to discover without her help. Shes also extremely flexible in scheduling viewings and always makes herself available on short notice when needed. I have bought and sold dozens of residential and investment properties. Gina is the best Real Estate professional I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. She is professional, knowledgeable, and knows her market. I would never consider buying or selling with anyone else. Gina has great communication skills and is the advocate for her customer 24 hours a day. I highly recommend Gina and when she gives you staging advice, I suggest you listen the first time because she knows what shes talking about. Gina is amazing and works wonders.I have known her since 2015 when she spent her entire Memorial Day weekend showing us house after house (I was Active Duty military and having to move from out of state). She made sure we got the perfect house for us after another realtor from the same company she was employed with essentially left us high and dry. Since then she has helped me sell a house (at the start of COVID), and we even solid it for more than our asking price. She has also helped me buy 2 other homes, including one that was a fully Custom home from the ground up. As part of that process she advised us on how to get the best deals and helped us make decisions with our Custom home to make it more easily sellable when we decide to do so. She has gone above and beyond with every interaction we have ever had with her. Her recommended lender has also done the impossible and always has the best rates. Her venders for things like paint, housekeeping and flooring are the best and I still use them years later.In my life I have had (12) buy/sell real estate transactions and all of the last (4) have been with Gina. She is hands downs the best and the only Realtor you should consider using.

She went above and beyond; receiving calls and emails outside of her business hours, and even visiting houses on our behalf. I highly recommend Gina as a realtor. She will always do things with integrity, which is so hard to come by when there are so many that are not in the industry . She has sold our home, and what is really great about her is she will give so much advice on how to set your house up rather it is interior designing to get the most out of what you are wanting to sell the house for. She also helped us build out our new house that was being built. She took the time to sit with us to pick the designs at the design center. She will always he honest with you rather good or bad to make sure you get the most out of your house. She is genuine and is always in the interest of you . She cares about your needs rather than look at you as a sale . She also helped us with our flip home, out of just her willingness to help , she helped advise us on how we could design it to make it look nice but on a budget. I have so much to say about how wonderful she has been to us and our family. You will just have to see for yourself!!! :)
