Im really happy with the help and results Gilbert help me achieved. He been asking me to get a house, and always thought was not possible. Thank God he kept telling me to. Cuz i am in my home! Gilbert was amazing! Thankfully it didnt take us long to sell our home, but in the short amount of time we worked with him, he was kind, patient, and understanding! He even came over to get the key out of the lock box, when I got locked outside haha....he was a sweetheart about it!It was our first experience selling a home, and he never made us feel like it was just business...he really cared!Definitely go with him! This was my 3rd home purchase. I was out of state and ultimately purchased the home without seeing it in person. Gilbert was professional and helped to protect me from some pitfalls. He was knowledgeable and help to steer me to a seller which had some awesome incentives. Without Gilbert help, I’d probably still be living in California. I highly recommend using Gilbert for any real-estate needs as a first time homebuyer I was not sure how to even get started definitely one of the most stressful times in my life lol Gilbert made the experience very much worth it went out of his way explain every little detail the ins and outs of it all always answered phone calls no matter what time of the day it was always answered any questions I had Gilbert would also call in just to check to see how my day was going and If I needed anything just to let him know I HIGHLY recommend this guy there is no room for failure when dealing with Gilbert!!
