We met Gerry at an open house in May 2023 and were just casually looking at homes. We fell in love with it and then quickly worked to get our home ready to sell. Gerry was able to sell our previous home in 4 days with multiple offers for significantly over asking. He made the process smooth and hosted a couple open houses at our home. We appreciate all he did to make the process as easy as possible and helped us get so much for our previous home!! I would highly recommend him if you are buying or selling a home.

I met Gerry at an open house for the home that we ultimately bought in Oak Point. He was very warm, friendly, and knowledgeable about the house, the neighborhood, and the community. He represented the homeowners so well that we asked him to be our realtor for the house that we sold in Frisco. He was very on it and did great from the time we contracted with him until after the house sale closed, through open houses, discussions with buyers and other realtors, inspections, and the entire process.
