From the start Gerard was nothing short of exceptional. Not only did he have an in-depth knowledge of the local market, but he also took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for in a home. He was incredibly patient with us, walking us through every step as a first time buyer, answering all our questions, and making sure we felt confident in our decision. He went above and beyond with scheduling viewing times that worked best for us, and was ALWAYS a text or call away. His eye for detail and expertise helped us spot things we would have missed or not even known to look for, and he made sure we got the best possible deal. Truly great experience working with Gerard and would highly recommend him.

I have never left a review for anyone or anything but Gee deserves it! He was quick to answer all of my questions, walked me through every step of buying my house, and was very good at negotiating with the seller to get me the contract that I wanted.

We will only ever use Gee as our realtor after our incredible experience with him. Not only was he super knowledgeable of the current market, but was always ready to answer any and all questions we had during each step of the process (which was a lot as first time home owners)! He was always ready and available to help and communicated openly and honestly throughout about our goals and concerns. Gee was super flexible and genuinely had our best interest at heart. With Gee’s expertise and local connections, we were able to get in contact with lenders that did an equally amazing job for us as Gee, and quickly get an inspection, quotes for projects, and an appraisal completed on a super desirable house in a downtown location that had multiple offers. With Gee’s diligent work ethic and advice, our offer was accepted over the others, and we closed in about 2 and a half weeks from the time we put our offer in. Cannot recommend Gee enough for those looking to buy or sell a home.
