My wife and I really enjoyed having Gary as out realtor with our recent house purchase. He has a wealth of knowledge, not only in selling houses, but with all the other necessary services that make the process go smoothly. Responses to questions were timely and communication was great. We want to thank him for all the house showings, frequent questions, and multiple visits to the house. We always felt at ease with Gary and never felt pressured. We love our “new” old home.

New to Texas and quietly looking at open homes in the area with no agent, my husband and I visited his open house one weekend on a home we had been looking at for several months. We fell on his lap and felt so welcomed by Gary…although we didn’t choose his open house, as soon as he heard we needed more square footage. He offered to show us a bigger home down the block from his open house. We fell in love with what he showed us and proceeded with an offer. We knew he was the one to help us navigate the buying process because of the research he provided us with before we made an informed decision. So we didn’t go with that offer due to price. We thought hed be sure tired of us by then, we were wrong as he was lining up homes to show us. Eventually after looking at several homes we landed the perfect home, process was perfect and time-lines were all met to make buying our dream home happen for us. He is now selling our vacation home and in less than a week, he has already done an open house on our vacation home and invited a lender on hand for our sale. Marketing on the works as well. We highly recommend Gary he is very knowledgeable and works on his clients behalf. Thank you Gary for all of your hard work. We now have a new friend.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Gary Henicke on the recent sale of our home in Corpus Christi. If you want a realtor that will work hard on your behalf to make sure your property stays in the public eye so it has the best possible chance of finding the right buyer at the right price hes your guy. His advice on making our home ready was spot on. We appreciated his encouragement through the process when things got a little bumpy along the way. He even negotiated with the buyers agent for us to be compensated when the buyers had a delay. Honestly, he knows what hes doing so give him a call today.

Gary Henicke goes above and beyond. I am so glad he found us. We were originally assigned another real estate agent. I am forever grateful he reached out to us!Gary is super friendly and is available on the weekends , even Sunday afternoon which is so important as we work during the week. Gary assisted us not just in finding our new forever home but with excellent recommendations from home inspections to finding home insurance policies. I highly recommend Gary!

I found Gary as a response to a listing I was interested in. While I didn’t get that property I contacted him to look at another where he was instrumental in all of the steps it took for me to make a decision on the purchase. Gary stepped up to be at the home when I could not be there for some of the inspections.
