I chose Funmi as my real estate agent because a friend recommended her. As a first-time buyer, I did not know where to start, but I felt understood and accompanied since my very first meeting with Funmi. She was very thorough in her explanations and made sure that I understood how the process was going to be. She answered all my questions and gave me a guide summarizing the house-buying process. I ask what certain words meant, and she always explain until I understood! She also gave me some recommendations of loan agents that offered me good rates (a big plus!). Once the home-search started, Funmi made sure that I stayed within my budget and my original plans (important, since it is easier to get impressed by a nice house and jump to it). I ended up buying a new construction house in a neighborhood that she recommended. During the building process, she guided me, and supervised the construction the entire time. I cannot emphasize how important her support was for me. As things got a little bit complicated before closing, Funmi was there for me to advise and support me. I felt accompanied the entire time. Once the deal was closed, she celebrated with me the purchase and followed up for any questions I had. After almost one year of my purchase, I can say that I am so lucky to have found Funmi for the home-buying process. Let me start off by saying that Funmi is a GODSEND! Back in Summer 2020, I wanted to move out of my apartment, but I was tired of paying such high rent and really wanted to start pouring into myself. I didnt think I could afford a mortgage, but when I spoke with Funmi, she made me realize that I definitely could afford a home! She worked quickly to start showing me homes, and I ultimately landed on a new build. There were a lot of setback throughout the 7 months they were building, but Funmi was so supportive and continued to communicate my needs to the builders. There were a couple times where I wanted to throw in the towel out of frustration, but Funmi was a listening ear, and genuine in her support. She continuously expressed that she would do everything in her power to help my dream come true and that I had no regrets! I really could not have gone through the process without her, and I recommend her to all my friends and family! Shes a go-getter, quick-to-action, honest, and an excellent communicator. Trust me when I say, shes who you want on your team!

I met Funmi through a friend of my mother who happened to also be in the Keller Williams family (St. Louis). We spoke over the phone and set up a time to meet in her office. We spent 2+ hours not only talking about all things housing market but Funmi also asked questions to get to know me and my family. Words cannot describe how blessed we are to have met Funmi. We met her at a mutual friend’s housewarming party (she was the realtor for this friend of ours), and we observed as she took guests around this custom built property. Fast forward to when we were ready to buy our property, she was nothing but amazing. She was patient, knowledgeable and had such a good rapport with everyone involved in this journey. Realtor extraordinaire. We relocated from FL to TX and reached out to Funmi. Immediately I felt and believed that she truly CARED for us and would do everything to make sure we got our new home. Our lender fell through and at a risk of losing all earnest money and a continued hotel stay, Funmi saved the day with introducing us to her lender.
