Chelsie was amazing! She (and, during the few showings she was unavailable, Katie) were singularly-focused on finding the right situation for my wife and I. Its a chaotic time to be shopping for a house and she was always a positive, thoughtful guide along the process. We were shopping for our first house and Chelsie did a great job walking us through each step, always anticipating issues we might run into, and keeping a close eye on any minor details in the houses we toured that my wife and I might have missed. We will absolutely reach out to Chelsie and the Flamingo Group if/when were in the market again.

As a first time home buyer, things can sound complicated but she made it feel transparent and did not push you to buy. If it was a home you wanted to make an offer on, she made it happen & it felt easy! I was able to get a home right away and felt educated throughout the process. Chelsie’s responsiveness was on point and it felt like we had a friend looking out for us :) . She continued to be helpful even AFTER we closed on our home!
