Wow, I dont even know where to start! Fionna has been a pure God-send to me and my husband! At first we tried to sell our home in Spring on our own and from a city 2 hrs away. We had many realtors contact us while our home was For Sale by Owner and the one that stood out was Fionna!!! She didnt try to force herself or her services on us, she just sweetly and kindly spoke to me and gave me ideas on what we could do to help sell our home, ourselves. Periodically, she would call me for those 3 months we had it listed, just to check on how it was going. So when we were finally ready to list it and have a professional in our corner, we called her! Right away she scheduled an open house, with many open houses to follow. We got a few offers right away, but they fell through for one reason or another, but she didnt give up on us or the house. She knew it would sell and she was right! We asked a lot of her, she took care of cleaning the home before clients were scheduled to come, making sure the yard was presentable and keeping an eye on our pool/spa!!!! Not one time did she complain, not one time did she say she couldnt stop by the house to make sure everything was good!.She brings a personal touch to everything she does and will go over and above for her clients, whom she treats like family!
