I give Fancy a 4.5- because as much as I wish, nobody is perfect! I have been working with them for over 10 years and they are always my “go to” contractor. They can handle all aspects of a remodel and are able/willing to pivot to accommodate your needs. I have primarily used them in the SFR and Multifamily industries where time is of the essence, but quality workmanship is still required. They have delivered since day one and continue to deliver after all these years! They require minimum supervision and are very trustworthy which is hard to find in this industry.I’ve been so impressed with their work that I had them do a full scale remodel on my personal home I purchased last year in McKinney. Results were outstanding and I have had other members of my family use them as well.Excellent company but more importantly excellent ownership who will personally oversee your project and ensure complete satisfaction!

Fancy Home Remodeling provides an amazing service for top quality home remodeling work. The owner was very kind, honest and professional from the first day they showed up for an estimate. A one stop shop for any and every remodeling item you can think of. Very knowledgeable about the entire process. Their prices were better than everyone else too. I will be using them for all of my future projects. I would’ve given them 6 stars if I could.

Fancy homes and team have helped out tremendously in DFW no project is too big or too small for them. They are on amazing team to work with. Quality and knowledge is awesome.
