I cannot say enough good things about this team. They were patient with us, when our buyers had to back out the day of closing, they talked me off the ledge and helped us get a contract together to rent the home we were buying until we found another buyer. If you want people who generally care about you and your needs, this is your team. They are wonderful people and I am so blessed to have stumbled on them during our real estate ventures. Brandy and Mariah are such hard workers! We sold a home and bought a home in 2019 and 2020, and they went above a beyond! They helped (well, they actually ran ut) an estate sale when we downsized, they showed up to clean our vacant home before showings, they held open houses, they negotiated with the buyers and sellers, they had handy lists of contractors that could help with what we needed....I could go on and on!

She and Brandy Fausel worked hard to find us the right buyer and jumped through many hoops to get us closed. I sold my house after being sick for over a year and had not been living in my home. Brandy and MK were very professional with all of the real estate business and were very helpful with getting the house cleaned out. I have dealt with several real estate agents over he last 35 years and they are the only agents that really took time to answer all of my questions. I would definitely use them again if necessary and I will always recommend them to people looking for agent.
