    I bought a house in Dallas, lived in it for a few years, and then moved back to California. Brit and Zach managed the entire selling process, from home improvements to mobile notarization, and sold the house for top dollar. I strongly recommend them to anyone selling a house in the Dallas area.

    Some four years ago when looking for a property in the DFW metroplex we came across Brit Ewers who was the seller’s agent of the townhouse we were looking to purchase. I should mention that we were living overseas at the time and are not from Texas so we relied heavily on Brit for local information as well as ensuring a smooth transaction. Brit was brilliant, the transaction went smoothly and we love our Las Colinas townhouse. Four years later we repatriated and decided to look for a house. We called Brit to help with our search. Brit helped us narrow down our search in terms of neighborhoods and together we started to explore homes. Brit listened attentively to our “needs” and showed us several properties which met our requirements. Brit was quite candid with his feedback on each property which we found very helpful. Ultimately we found the perfect house in Southlake which met our needs and is in a lovely neighborhood. When it came to negotiating t&c’s, once again Brit and his partner Zach Staats were very helpful advising us, dealing with our many requests and ultimately getting us to the close date. We can confidently recommend Brit as your agent if you are looking for an apartment/townhouse, a luxury home or anything in-between.

    Brit and Zach offered great peace of mind for both, the home selling and buying transactions. We were not planning to move but found a home in a neighborhood we’ve been wanting to live in. We called Brit and he informed us that he may already have a buyer for our current home. He showed it that day and an offer came within 48 hours of the showing. Thanks to Brit and Zach, we were able to sell our house before it ever hit the market. They got us the best contacts for financing and even recommend top notch movers.     Sure wish I could give one more gold star! Brit and Zach have been amazing to work with on the build process for my clients. They are attentive to the needs and desires of my buyers but I was most impressed with the awesome communication. Updates on construction timelines, city inspections, expected walk thrus and all the way to the closing table....all parties were kept in the loop and in the know.     Me and my fiancé recently began working with Brit Ewers to help find our first home together and I have to say that the entire process was a complete pleasure. From the time we sat down with he and his team (shout out to Zach Staats – his super-star associate), everything went exceptionally smooth. Once he knew what we were looking for, he got to work looking for our new home. We particularly liked the computer system he used for us to look at listings because it allowed us to make notes on homes that we liked and made communicating with him a breeze. This system also emailed us new and updated listings frequently.Brit has a passion for homes and home building and is truly knowledgeable about the real estate market in the DFW area. He is an expert in the central Dallas region and will literally hunt through the MLS for hours looking at properties.     Brit and Zach are amazing! I cannot recommend them enough. They managed to sell my house - not just during a pandemic, but during “snovid-21” - very quickly. Their connections in the industry are top-notch. The service they provided - including making sure the pipes weren’t frozen - are best-in-class. From the time Brit showed up for our first meeting, they were completely professional, organized, and helpful. The suggested list price was completely reasonable.     Brit ruined the whole real estate experience for us. Yeah, I said it. Now that I got your attention, he ruined it in a great way. Meaning I probably won’t find another professional like him again, when seeking to either purchase, or sell a home. This guy is class all of the way, pays attention to the minor details and has a great work ethic. The same can’t be said of other agents floating around.Anyway, this review was long overdue but Brit helped us sell our home right as the pandemic was kicking off. He even assisted us, after we moved, with some questions regarding real estate in general, when it came to buying a home in another state.I am telling you, Brit’s a mover and shaker, the whole package.
