Eric at VYBE Realty was recommended to us by another trusted agent and she was spot on. Before we met, I saw his photo on VYBEs website and immediately recognized him from church - good start!! When we first met with Eric, he exuded the energy, confidence and experience we were looking for in a buyers agent. We had already found a house so we needed a good negotiator who would help us make smart decisions as we navigated the deal. Eric turned out to be the perfect realtor to do that.Eric helped us to determine a fair price for the home we wanted to purchase as well as a reasonable price we can expect when we sell our house.
