I’m an investor who buys multiple properties a year. Eric has been PHENOMENAL to work with. He’s sold me multiple properties just this month, is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, easy to get along with, and works quick when you really need to close a deal. On top of that, he’s bought and sold properties for most all my family over the years. You definitely want to connect with him next time you buy or sell a property!

Was so attentive and communicative. In such a fast moving market waiting on a callback could mean losing out on your dream home. That is definitely not a problem we worried about with Eric. He also truly spent time getting to know what we liked and what we needed in a home, I never looked at a single home and felt it was a waste of my time. He paid attention and respected our time!
