I cannot say enough good things about Emilio Cinelli, my realtor and Scott Warren from Cornerstone Mortgage who went above and beyond to help me find the perfect home. My situation wasn’t easy—I’m a solo mom, post divorce, and was without a job when my landlord told me he was selling the house I was living in. I cant thank Emilio enough for all the time and effort he put into getting me and my family into our dream home! He was so patient and kind with me as I had him driving all over North Texas looking at houses. Always available to answer any questions and even providing me with answers to the questions I didnt know I had. Hes always given us 110%, fighting hard to get us the best deal. Emilio worked tirelessly to gain a seller concession that proved helpful to the buyer. As the loan broker I know the concession helped us avoid any delays and we closed the loan 11 days before the intended closing date to the benefit of buyer and seller.

Despite how long it took to get to the finish line, we were also able to close nearly 2 weeks sooner than scheduled thanks to his hard work.
