Picking a realtor, especially to sell your home, is such a daunting and pivotal decision. Pick the wrong one, and youll suffer for it. I interviewed several realtors before finally finding Dylan. We knew immediately he was the best that central Texas had to offer. We had quite a difficult issue to overcome with our sale, and I could tell from our first meeting that he would be the best equipped to help us, and that he genuinely cared about our situation. He is extremely well-informed about all things real estate. Hes very professional, great at communicating, has a heck of a marketing strategy, and puts in a lot of work. He doesnt just put your home on the internet and sit and wait. Hes always actively working to get showings and offers. Hes also brilliant when it comes to contracts.
