We were very happy with the assistance that Elise Sessions of Harrison Wade Real Estate Group provided. We were moving from out of state to the Forth Worth area so she was able to give input on areas that we wanted more information on. When we were able to visit Forth Worth, Elise set up home viewings on our schedule and if for some reason she was not available to go with us, she always made sure we had representation. Once we decided on a community and home, Elise made sure we covered all bases and followed up on our behalf as needed. We selected a home in the process of being built so Elise would visit the construction site and provide updates. We were not able to make a second walkthrough once the home was completed, so Elise attended for us. She was with us at closing to ensure all went well and has been available for questions since. Elise has a positive attitude and is a pleasure to work with.

Saved me over $50,000! Working with the Harrison Wade Group was an excellent experience. Elise was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during showings, she was very easy to work with and accommodating with my crazy schedule. Even when Elise was unavailable Mickey went out of her way to help me. Elise’s experience proved exceptionally valuable when a plumbing issue was found during an inspection. She was able to work with the selling agent and ended up securing concessions of over $50,000 which included a new plumbing system, foundation repairs with an engineer’s report and a brand new roof. I can not give them a high enough recommendation and will be recommending the Harrison Wade Group to everyone that I can.

Back in August of 2021, Elise had devoted an entire Saturday to showing me homes in Fort Worth, after I had driven up from San Antonio. She was awesome throughout the buying process and negotiated a significant price reduction on the home I had bid on.When I was ready to sell this year, I knew Id have Elises excellent and professional assistance once again--and it all worked out perfectly--even with a last minute FHA loan appraiser requesting roof repairs with only 3 days left until the planned closing! Elises experience really shined by having contacts in the roofing profession who replaced an entire section of the roof the next day!I would recommend anyone buying or selling in the DFW area talk to her first! Elise is awesome!

Unfortunately, we werent able to get a home as planned HOWEVER, even then, we had a 5-star experience with Elise as our realtor. In summer 2022, we chose to try and buy a home during pretty much the worst time in history to try to buy and Elise held it down the whole time. We ended up having a really terrible experience with a buyer and their realtor, but Elise was on them like a nighthawk! I couldnt have asked for anyone else to guide us through that process. She was so responsive with any party involved, so knowledgeable and she fought for us with every home (all 10 or 11 offers) and especially with the home we eventually chose to back down from buying. She was so supportive not only through all the logistics, but also through the highs, really low lows, and difficult emotions that come with the homebuying process. We are not ready to try again just yet, but if we were, we would definitely be calling Elise again. Thank you Elise!
