My wife and I have been extremely pleased with the service provided by Eileen. She has helped us with the sale of several properties and have been very pleased by the outcome. I believe her to be a truly caring individual who is genuinely interested in her clients. Her input and suggestions provide valuable information that enables us to make informed and correct decisions. She is professional without being aloof, and very warm and friendly. It is evident that she truly cares about her clients. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is in need of her services. She will work hard and long to get the desired result for the client.

I bought a home from a seller represented by Eileen and was so impressed I use her exclusively as my realtor now. A few labels include strategic, savvy and knowledgeable of her market, and thoughtful down to the last detail. She loves real estate and you just cannot beat someone that loves what they do.For her first trick, I let her know of my dream home with a dock on deep water on Lake Travis and she found it in just a few months without mls. For her next trick, I received notice on 12/26 of tenants moving out as of 12/31, 6 months earlier than planned. Eileen promoted, had three different parties view the property on 1/5 and it is leased for move-in on 2/1 already.....in the dead of winter!! On that same deal, Eileen had gotten a double deposit from the folks that moved out, so I am nearly whole even after lessees moved out and it sits empty for a month. Eileen plays with her horses, but is a dead serious alpha lawyer about real estate deals.

I am so happy that I hired Eileen. She stood out from all the other RE Agents I interviewed. She staged my property and it looked fantastic!!! She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Her legal background - again - set her apart from all the other agents I considered. My property sold very quickly and the entire process was smooth and I credit that to Eileen.
