Ed is amazing at what he does. He truly goes above and beyond for each and every one of his clients and treats everyone as if theyre family. From getting the perfect MLS search going to making sure each showing goes smoothly, executing the contract in the best interest of his client, and protecting his client in every aspect. Hes helped move, paint, negotiate, hustle, he does it all and puts his heart into everything he does. Highly recommend going with Edward as your realtor. He’s very prepared when showing a house, shows up ready with printouts and price points where he sees the house going for. Also he gives you feedback on major factors such as foundation, a/c, roofing etc.Attention to small details matter in a home purchase, and Edward provides that and more.Thanks again Edward!
