    Taylor James was amazing!! I am a future graduate student moving to Austin with my boyfriend and our two cats. My boyfriend and I made a quick last-minute trip to Austin to find an apartment. I decided to contact Austin Craft Realty through their online form during our drive to Austin. Within the hour, Taylor James contacted us and was very helpful! She asked what my requirements and price range was. Within the next hour, she sent over some apartment options for us to look at. With only two days in Austin, she was able to find us an amazing apartment within our budget and within the area we needed. She was with us the entire way and willing to drive us to the different apartments of interest. She also helped get us better deals with the apartments! I could not have done this without her help, especially with such a short amount of time! Taylor was nice, caring, and always in such a great mood! Shes the best and I will continue to recommend her to anyone trying to find a place in Austin!

    I had Austin Craft Realty recommended to me by a friend and worked with Josh Griffin. After a brief, 5 minute phone call discussing my wants and needs, I was sent a substantial list of places within my budget. Josh offered his expertise in what he thought the best fit would be. I visited the location a few hours later and we had a winner. Josh was extremely honest and helpful in finding what he thought would work best for me, and he was right. Im so happy in my new apartment! I never thought apartment hunting could be this easy and Josh made the experience amazing. I would recommend this to anyone who finds this process overwhelming.     I moved to Austin for a job on very short notice from Boston in March of 2018. My cousin recommended Josh Giffin to help with an apartment search. Josh was able to show me three great apartments in my price range and work vicinity, and ended up getting my entire deposit taken care of.     Huge kudos to Matt for helping me find a nice apartment in the Round Rock area! Long story short, Im moving from Seattle to Austin and I found Matt accidentally on Craigslist. We briefly spoke on the phone, I gave him my requirements and within an hour he gave me a property list that matched my criteria. Unfortunately my first apartment choice didnt pan out as expected, but Matt immediately jumped in to set Plan B in motion. Just signed my rental lease yesterday, Im super happy with this option and super excited to move in to the building. Thank you Matt for all your help and for making this a seamless experience!     I was new to Austin, but being introduced to Josh really helped me find the perfect place for me and my little pup. Josh was referred to me by a close friend, he also helped them find the perfect place. Josh is very sweet, punctual, understanding of your needs and wants, and does not rush you. He was always super helpful to me when it came down to making my decision and not pushy at all. You can tell that Josh really cares about getting you exactly what you want! After finding my apt Josh even made sure to check in to see how things were going. He is so genuinely kind and I am so thankful I used Craft Reality when finding my 1st place in Austin!     Austin Craft Realty really was an amazing help for me in finding my apartment. Trent was extremely helpful and made sure that we found a place that fits my budget, but also has all the amenities that I wanted! There is no way that I could have done it without help. I had a lot of requests and requirements when it came to choosing a place, but Josh never seemed to be frustrated or pressured me to go with something I wasnt 100% sold on yet.     Taylor is the absolute best!!! If you need a home, and want 0 stress in your life and your move, get in contact with him. He found us a perfect home, new apartments, great reviews. He goes above and beyond in his communication to make sure everything is correct, contacted properties, got us in and set up with in 24 hours. He keeps up communication, remembers you and asks if there is anything else he can do to help. And he answered every single question we had. This was the most pain free, stress free, actually enjoyable experience Ive / we have ever had. And the fact hes from Austin makes it even better!!!! I was so lucky to meet Zach Sanchez who helped me look through a range of properties that would be suitable for me upon a move to Austin - he was so nice, and helpful. Not only did I receive all of the information I needed to help me understand how it will be trying to get my housing situated in Austin, but I thoroughly enjoyed spending time with him, and learning more about what to expect from Austin life. Thanks to Zach, I now feel totally at ease about what could be in many situations a very stressful process.     Josh has been very helpful in helping me and my 4 roommates find an apartment! Only 3 days after I first reached out to Josh we had an application in to an apartment that fit our requirements and came out way under budget. He found us a great deal, and soon Ill be upgrading apartments while paying less rent. Josh helped advocate for our needs when touring the complexes, and was reachable by text anytime. We had very specific needs and he helped us find a place that worked. He even went out of his way to squeeze a couple of tours in last minute the day of. He helped us lock in great deals on the unit we got, and I appreciate his effort to go the extra mile by checking in with us and the complex to coordinate things.     We contacted Josh as my son is moving from Canada to attend UT. We had no family or friends in the Austin area. Josh was fantastic! He answered all of our e-mail quickly and informatively. We had many questions being from Canada and never having rented in the USA. Josh was very patient and helpful. Excellent communication by phone, text and e-mail. We flew to Austin, and had 3 days to rent an apartment, before we had to return home.     Great apartment hunters! Responsive, reliable, and honest.We recently moved from New York to Austin, and Josh Giffin at Austin Craft Realty has been an incredible help in finding the right apartment. Josh was very responsive every time we sent an e-mail, and was diligent in answering every question we had.After giving him some of our criteria for the apartment, he sent us a list of possible properties and specific units that he thought fit our budget and other criteria. Theres a lot of legwork that goes on back there, since prices and availability changes daily for apartments in Texas -- but these arent always reflected on the properties website. Josh called dozens of times, even while we were on tour, to find the latest information.On the tour day, he accompanied us to every single property and toured with us the whole time!He never even slightly pushed us to decide one way or another, and let us carry the discussion and do all the talking and asking with the properties (and in between). That put us really at ease, since we didnt feel any pressure to make a decision then and there. He was relaxed but attentive the whole time, and was able to quickly troubleshoot any issues in terms of scheduling and seeing places.Josh followed up with us at the end of the day and even sent us some photos of the two place we had liked best.Overall, we couldnt have asked for a better experience.     Taylor really went above and beyond to help me find a great apartment in East Austin. I sent him on a bit of a wild goose chase to 5 different complexes with some vague requirements and he went on two separate days to send me pictures and video as well as first-hand impressions. He saved me at least two trips to the area (moving out of LA) and is responsive as well as friendly. Definitely recommend.

    Matt is the best agent Ive ever met! He is very responsive and he has helped me for anything I needed not only the questions I had for the property but also general questions about Austin, which is super helpful for a person that doesnt know the area in Austin too much. Other agents I met just asked me to call the property for any questions I had but Matt called for me and continually called them whenever I had a new question.     Matt did a great job finding an apartment with my odd requests. I needed a place that accepted adult occupants, was close to town, under 1200 with charging. He found a place with all of those things but charging. I understand that my preferences were odd and had a hard time finding a place that fit that on my own. Im glad I ran across Matts ad.     Trent was amazing! I had been searching for an apartment for months on my own going back and forth and was just about ready to settle for something that I didnt absolutely love. I reached out to Trent and within a couple days of us talking and the 3rd apartment we visited I was ready to sign a lease!     This is the first time I have ever used a realtor company, and I could not be more pleased with the process! From the very beginning Trent took time to figure out exactly what I was looking for, going back and forth via email and text to confirm he had the right information on what I was looking for. I was moving to Austin and had a small window (2 days) to find an apartment, and sign a lease before my moving truck arrived. Trent spent the entire day taking me from place to place, including different locations as he realized my preferences throughout the afternoon.     I moved to Austin from Buffalo, NY and was completely overwhelmed by all the apartment options in town and the fact that I had one weekend to find somewhere to live. I looked at several different places and was not impressed by any of them and was extremely frustrated. Then, I was lucky enough to meet Trent and my experience completely changed. He went above and beyond to find out what I was looking for in a home and helped me learn a ton about Austin. I eventually ended up picking a place in a neighborhood I was unsure about at first, but Trent convinced me of how great it was.     As with all the other reviewers, had a fantastic experience with Trent Guerra at Austin Craft Realty. I moved from DC to Austin, and only had a 2 day trip to visit the city (which Id never been to) and nail down an apartment. I spoke with Trent a couple times before my trip and sent him some thoughts/ideas, places my friends had mentioned, which he took all into consideration as he kept refreshing and narrowing down a list of places for me to look through on-line prior to my trip. When I came, he took me around town to 8 or 10 different spots, filled me in on the vibes of the different neighborhoods, pros/cons, etc. - was a godsend as I knew nothing about Austin. Ended up landing in a perfect spot at Seven apartments (which Trent had mentioned after our first call would probably be my favorite!) 10/10 for sure, will use and recommend any chance I get!

    Josh Giffin at Austin Craft Realty, was the first realtor that ;listened to what I wanted and made it happen. Moving from MA to TX, I had to do the whole process online, however Josh made it easy. He was always available and ran me through the process, to where I realized its easy to find an apt in another state , without having to fly down there and look at several properties. Other realtors tried to push me into the general student areas, however, he knew I am a graduate student that needs quiet time, and found me a great place at a great price, which is serene and secure, but still close to the Austin nightlife and music scene.     About a month and a half ago, my boyfriend and I were looking to move into a one bedroom. My boyfriend searched online and found our locator Trent Guerra. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Trent. He took us to see multiple apartments that matched our outlined needs. During tours he would ask the leasing agents the important questions that I would forget to ask. He is a very friendly, knowledgeable, and outgoing person, therefore he could connect with our needs as young couple. It really did feel like he wanted us to be in the best place for us.     I had a great experience working with Trent G. After living in Austin for nearly 5 years I thought it would be easy to find a new place. My lease was coming up and for awhile I kept striking out on my own finding a new place that I liked and fit and fit what I wanted, which lead to procrastinating about the whole thing.I reached out to Trent one afternoon, and less than an hour later he had around 8 places lined up for me that fit. After taking me on a tour of properties the next morning, wed found my new place to live. He listened to my concerns, didnt try to make me compromise, wasnt pushy about one place over another, and it was clear he was searching with me and not trying to sell me on anything.I normally dont write a reviews (lazy, procrastination, see above). However Trent stayed in contact after I chose the place, after I signed the lease, and weeks later after I moved in, to make sure I was still satisfied with everything.     I had spoke with several apartment locators in Austin. I have a pretty unique situation and was unable to locate an apartment on my own. (Felony and an Eviction). In the course of literally one 15 minute phone call. Josh Griffin found the perfect place in the exact area that I wanted. From the outset, I was under a lot of stress with a pending move to Houston and Drew did a wonderful job coordinating the seller to do list which included all the things I wasnt able to get to while struggling with an intensive work schedule on top of packing. After I left Austin, he became the sole oversight for all the repairs, provided great solutions for problem areas, and supervised all the work to completion --- not a small task, considering that the unit was over the one decade mark and there was a good amount of wear and tear that needed to be remedied from the past 7 years that wed been living there. I also chose Drew as my agent because of his passion for the neighborhood my loft was located in [central East Austin] and his firsthand experience with the area since he office was located just a few blocks away; he really believes in the area and its future, knows who would be a good fit for it, and is well-connected into the network of realtors with potential buyers there. The agent that I hired for buying [Cody Cooper at Sprout Realty] in the Houston area was also a recommendation from Drew and I continued to benefit from a high level of service and quality beyond the successful sale in Austin.     If I could give more than 5 stars to Holly, I would. I contacted Holly from Florida, when I was planning my move to Austin with my boyfriend. Holly responded to my inquiry within minutes, and arranged a very professional consultative meeting (she sent me a google invite and everything). During the meeting, she shared the extensive list of properties that fit the profile for homes we were interested in. We then set out to view each of the homes that piqued our interest, and Holly was able to enter each home without any issues AT A MOMENTs notice. It was terrific. We called her one late evening, wanting to view a unit the next day, and even though she already had plans-she agreed to meet us first thing in the morning. We knew we had to act fast, and Holly didnt have to squeeze us in, but she did. She cares for her clients, and truly made the entire experience very special for us.     I have found that apartment locators are pretty bad at what they do. That was my experience 20 years ago, and again recently. Even the ones that said they pull data from 95% of all apartments, actually didn’t. I was always able to find many apartments that were way cheaper and way closer than agents who that’s all they do.Josh Griffin was the first person that i have ever found that could actually mine all the data i needed, and super fast. No one else that i found could search apartments by year built. But Josh was able to go even further than that and pull 1 and 2 year old apartments that still had units that had not been lived in yet because some of the buildings came available later as the complex was finished out.These guys seem to be way savvier then the rest of the market. Give ‘em a try. I didn’t know whether to do 4 or 5 stars only because i didn’t use them long nor the other agents.

    Josh is the best realtor and apartment locator I could have hoped to come across! Im so lucky I stumbled on him :). I was joking with him that he should hold courses teaching other realtors his methods. Unlike so many other realtors that Ive come across, Josh really listens, respects your time, gets right the point, and serves up the most handy, useful info for your particular search. So many realtors Ive come across refused to answer my simple questions about a property unless I gave them a dissertation of nonessential info. Josh does the opposite. He answers your questions directly and then gives you the info you need and more. My search been super quirky, I know, and hes hung in there with me as my needs have changed, and given me space when I needed to pull back - but then jumped right back in when I was ready to resume ...     I approached Austin Craft Realty 15 days ago with an impossible request; I wanted an apartment in a building (not a complex) that was as close to downtown as possible, in an incredibly walkable neighborhood, with brand new appliances, a pool, a gym, and luxury amenities, that is pet friendly, and costs under 1,200/mo.
