Justin was fantastic. He gave me great advice from pricing and staging thruclosing. He walked with me each step of the way. One of the brilliant things he did was this: after putting my house on the market late on a Thursday night, he held an open house that Saturday while the listing was fresh, new and exciting. The next afternoon, Sunday, I had multiple offers within the price range I was shooting for. By 7 pm, the house was under contract..and it closed in a week. Justin strategizes well and keeps his hand on the heartbeat of the real estate market. I highly recommend him and his services!!! Justin Downs is a reliable and trustworthy worthy Realator, he conducts business with high integrity for his customers. He makes one of life’s biggest and toughest decisions easy because he will truly get you in the home you have always wanted no matter how great the search. My family and I moved from San Antonio to Frisco Texas 2 1/2 years ago durning one of the toughest times in home purchase history, homes we bidding very high and even out of my price range. We fell in love with Hereitage Lakes the min we entered the neighborhood, with limited homes for sale as the neighborhood only has 584 homes we were waiting for anything to come up for sale. Homes at that time were selling in a matter of days, my current dream home hit the MLS and Justin was there on site within 20 min, I was still living in San Antonio and had already sold my home, Justin rushed over and FaceTimed me the home and his knowledge of what we really wanted made it simple to put in our offer. Justin worked close with the listing agent as there were several offers always with my purchase top of mind, we closed 28 days later in our forever home. Sine this purchase Justin and I have kept in close contact and I will purchase my next property from him with no doubt If you have the opportunity to work with him take it, he will put you where you need to be in the home or property that is the right fit.
