I first contacted Denise several months ago when we were contemplating a return to Central Texas at some point. Each time I came to visit my parent, Denise would show me properties. She was very conscientious with giving valuable information about the properties and knew pitfalls to be aware of (renos that were cosmetic covering deeper issues for instance).In late April, we were visiting again, and Denise spent an entire day showing us several properties. We were able to actually find a property that day and closed in late June. We love our new house. Denise was invaluable during negotiations. And during the process when there was a problem with the title company, Denise went to bat for us, solving the problem to our advantage. She really looks out for her buyers. Plus shes just a really nice person. I cant recommend her highly enough.

Denise was the best! We were in the market to buy our first home ever and she really took the initiative to get to know us, our needs, what were looking for, and our ideal area to live. She did fantastic when it came to negotiating with the seller and walking us through the entire process. I couldnt have asked for a more smooth sailing home purchasing experience. Everyone had warned us about how stressful it can be, but it was all a piece of cake with Denise. She is on her A game throughout the entire process, from pointing things out in resales and new builds; she made us feel very confident in the home we chose for our little family.
