Debi has a sweet demeanor and is easy to work with. I witnessed her true dedication to her clients when she opted to show a home just a few days out from surgery because it was the perfect property for them. She is very caring, has a great sense of humor, and is very strong. She has an adventurous soul, whether it is taking on a new work challenge, going out to the biking trails, or her new passion, paddle boarding, Debi is here for it. She will go to bat for her client while treating everyone with grace and dignity. She is the whole Realtor package.

Working with Debi was a great experience. With her expertise, the entire process with the Builder went smoothly. Debi is a buyers advocate. She gave strategic advice to make sure our expectations with the Builder were met. This included providing excellent recommendations for a 3rd party Home Inspector, who was with us throughout the entire process--making sure that everything, from the studs to the finished cabinetry was done properly. We had one of North Texas top-rated builders; but as an advocate, Debi made sure. that even the best-of-the-best followed through on commitments all the way to Close Date.
