    Ive bought two homes and sold one home with Debbie and as long as Ill be in Austin, shell be my real estate gal! Shes a no-B.S. realtor who genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to get into a home that fits their needs and their budget. Debbie is great about continuing the relationship with her clients - she hosts events, sends goodies, and is always a text away if I have questions or need a recommendation for something. I 100% recommend making Debbie your go-to for real estate in Central Texas!

    Debbie Trominski is a real estate GENIUS! A friend recommended Debbie in 2006 when we were selling our first home, and we immediately loved working with her. She works hard to make the home buying and selling process simple to understand, and knows the Austin market exceptionally well. Not long after working with Debbie to sell our first home, and buy another, we spoke with her about investing in rental homes, knowing she had some success in that area. 2 rental homes later, and a ton of encouragement and advice from Debbie, we have seen great advantages in becoming landlords. Debbie is a fantastic agent, and has become a true friend. We love that she sends us house anniversary cards, and offers annual home market reviews to show how our home and neighborhood are performing.     Look no further, youve found the best realtor in Austin. My wife and I were ready to buy our first home and it was daunting to say the least in a truly crazy market. There are enough news articles out talking about how hot the central Texas realty market is. We initially tried to go through some of the big box chains based on their flashy commercials. We quickly realized that we desperately wanted a personal advocate instead of being treated like a number. Enter Debbie!Debbie came recommended by some close friends who had worked with her about a year ago. Within the first few minutes of meeting her, we knew this was the right choice. Debbie sets clear expectations and has incredible integrity. She is honest, realistic, caring and very attentive. She caters to your specific needs and is adaptable to even the weirdest situations. The house we bought involved some seller difficulties and it didnt slow her down one bit. I probably would have given up on it if it werent for how aggressively Debbie fought for us. Her kind demeanor can shift quickly when your dream home is in jeopardy and she will stop at nothing to ensure your needs are met.Lastly, Debbies work doesnt end when you sign your paperwork. Shell be the first one to tell you that she comes with the house and she isnt joking. Debbies personalized approach starts the day you reach out to her and lasts long after youve got your keys in hand. She is always available for questions, reaches out with updates, and sometimes just sends you sweet/cute postcards just because. Shes also written an incredible book which I highly suggest you read.Ive heard from others what their experiences have been with their realtors.     Debbie was the best choice I could have made as a first time home buyer! As we all know, the Austin real estate market is tough to navigate, but Debbie was really great at guiding me through the process and making me feel confident that I was setting myself up for success with my first large investment. Debbie and her team know what theyre doing, and advocated for me through every challenge. Communication and professionalism were TOP NOTCH and I felt super comfortable with asking questions, since as a first time home buyer, I knew nothing! Even after closing, I know I made a good choice with my agent and the house that we found together.
