Deann was our realtor for the sale of our home in Plano. She went above and beyond what we expected of her. Let me explain. She is obviously well-versed with the local market and advised us well on how we should price the property.She had a marketing plan ready and managed to get multiple offers in a very short span. She was thorough in her approach. Deann also provided guidance on what repairs and improvements we needed to do before putting the property on the market. She did an exceptional job with the listing pictures and videos.But, this wasn’t all. Right at the beginning of this entire process, we relocated to Houston, and Deann did everything in our absence. That includes multiple showings, the coordination with different contractors and service providers, wise counsel and feedback on offers, negotiation and contract, and a smooth stress-free sale that we did remotely across time zones.I doubt if we would have been able to pull this off with another realtor.
