Buying a house for the first time can be so stressful and nerve-wracking but if you have Deana as your realtor then you not only have someone whos a go-getter and has your best interest at heart but you also gain a friend. Throughout this entire process, Deana was there for our needs. She went through and explained every detail of the house buying process and put our nerves at ease. Deana will take you to see 20+ houses if it means you find your dream home in the end. Shes knowledgeable about the surrounding areas and communities and gets you as much information as she can on the houses; she comes prepared for you. And when you have questions or concerns shes there for you and stays in constant contact. She streamlined and expedited the process for us as we went from offer to closing in 30 days which is all due to her tenacity and determination. Deana genuinely cares about her clients and I can honestly say Ive gained a life long friend. The next time you need to buy or sell a house give Deana a call; trust me, youll thank me!

Deana took the time to meet us initially to understand what we were looking for and understand us as people. she answered the phone morning , noon and night ( Saturdays and Sundays)answered any ridiculous questions I had for her at that moment.
