There are not enough stars that David can be given! His level of professionalism and care beyond exceeded our expectations! We were first time home buyers and he held our hand through every step! I cannot recommend David enough if you are looking for a dedicated, genuine, and kind realtor. I had previously purchased and sold a house in another state and both experiences with separate realtors were not great…so I was not initially very hopeful my experience in Houston would be better. I was prepared to be extra assertive and on top of things, however, David made the entire process so positive and smooth. He went above and beyond his job in preparing reports of the houses and neighborhoods of properties my fiancé and I were interested in. He stayed in contact with my bank, the title company, and the builder to ensure a speedy closing, and overall was just an absolute delight to work with. He really advocated for us and I appreciate all his efforts. He loves what he does and is passionate about helping people find homes and it shows!

His social media content is very informative. For a younger realtor, he has an amazing team of real estate professionals to help his clients at every step of the way. David is also unlike many realtors, and always tries to show up for the home inspection for his buyer clients. This helps so much when the Realtor can hear and see directly from the inspector on problems found, so he can negotiate the best deal for his client! As a home inspector, I really like it when the Agent also attends the walktrough after an inspection. I can really tell that he does his homework. It seems like every month Im inspecting a home for his clients. Sometime reports have a lot to talk about. Its nice having the Agent there to explain what it means to the deal, right there and then.
