David explained everything in a way that was easy to understand for a first time home buyer. He was available anytime we had a question and responded in a timely manner. He never pressured us into buying a home and was patient during the entire process. He’s an agent that cares about his clients and only wants what is best for you. He was honest and forthright- no games. Process was so smooth! His advice and support through closing was invaluable. He was polite, available, friendly, and knowledgable. Had absolutely no clue what to expect when buying a house, as this was my first time. David was recommended to me and I am glad I took them up on their choice. He was straight to the point, attentive, answered all questions and always available. We closed on our first house with a different type of credit (non conventional) but he make this for me and fight for the best results!
