Danny is the best realtor I have ever worked with - both on the personal and investment side. He made my first investment property purchase go smoothly for me. His communication and attention to detail is top notch. His analysis of ARVs and comps are solid with most of the appraisals coming in higher than his conservative numbers! He has taught me a lot too in this journey!! I am impressed how he is able to manage so many clients and purchases at once! His client service raises the bar and now this is what I expect from any realtor I work with. Truthfully, I do not want to work with anyone else. I wish he could just show me all markets I am interested in 😆
