Danielle did a wonderful job in helping me find the right home. I was first-time home buyer and she helped and talked with me along the way. With the tough market in early 2021, Danielle kept a positive attitude with her experience and expertise. I was able to find a home, in great quality & in a great area. On top of all of the business relations and meeting expectations, she shared a friendly relationship with me as her client. 10/10 Recommend

Being a picky buyer did not bother Danielle at all. She asked all question and paid close attention to what I wanted. She drove out of her way just to get ideas for me also. It took a lot of looking but no time wasted on houses that she knew I wasnt even going to like. After finding the perfect house her job didnt stop there. She updated me and taught me everything I needed to do the seal the deal. I had the most honest and hard working agent. I highly recommend Danielle Sanford.

Danielle was amazing!! She walked us through every step of the process. She was always available for showings on our schedule and always knew all of the facts about the properties. She was also reassuring and helpful during the underwriting process (which can be stressful). I would recommend her to everyone!!!

Although I have yet to be able to purchase a home, Mrs Sanford is still available for any questions I may have. She has explained what I need to do to make my home buying dream come true. She still sends me listings and checks on me to make sure Im making progress on my venture. It will happen soon and I will use noone other than Mrs. Sanford. She is definitely the type of person who wants whats best for any person buying a home.
