What a blessing it has been to work with Danae on 2 occasions. Danae listed my home in Tyler and was under contract within the week!! She also assisted me on the purchase my home in Athens. She’s very knowledgeable, professional, sweet, and just all around best agent for all of your real estate needs!! Danae was the most wonderful realtor we could have asked for. She guided us every step of the way, maintaining honesty and straightforwardness throughout the process. Despite a few bumps in the road as sellers, Danae was always available for phone calls or texts. She even took time out of her day to come by our house to help locate paperwork and went as far as crawling under the house to take photos for the inspector to hep expedite the process. Danae went above and beyond, doing everything in her power to help us reach closing quickly and easily. Danae made our house buying experience a dream! We came in with absolutely no idea what to do. She answered all of our questions, and there were so so soooo many questions. She steered us away from homes that she knew were not the best for us. One in particular was full of red flags that we ignored because we were so excited but she made sure we knew that it wasn’t a good idea. SHE WAS RIGHT! She gave us direction towards a wonderful mortgage team and with all the connections she has with the community, she made it so easy to sign on the perfect house for us!
