She will work with you no matter what your price point is and take the time you need to find that perfect place to call home. Our long 4 year history with Dana started back in 2020, when she sold us a lovely home in Burkburnett. Now, in 2024, she helped sell our home quickly and to our satisfaction. Constantly moving to follow the will of the military, people like Dana are invaluable and essential. She made the whole process less traumatic for us and we will always be grateful for the time we spent living in her beautiful little town.

A quick text produced an overnight appointment and first face-to-face meeting with Dana, who then took several hours out of her day to show us multiple properties as we traveled through town one afternoon. Moving from another state, simultaneously selling a home there and buying one here, all within 4 weeks, proved to be a fast and furious (stressful?!) process. Amid too many adjustments and changes, Dana calmly and methodically navigated us through each step. We were completely unfamiliar with the area, and Dana never hesitated to help get all the little details we needed, from communicating frequently with the selling agent/sellers, to referrals, even right down to a cleaning company at the last second. Danas knowledge, expertise and professionalism are surpassed only by her personal touch in caring for us individually. We have no doubt she gives the same to each of her clients.

Dana has been amazing in helping my wife and I in finding our first home! Always there when we had questions day or night, and she was quick to have answers for us on everything we asked and knowledge on things we didnt know we needed to ask. If you are looking for a realtor in your property buying journey, I definitely recommend Dana because she is there for you every step of the way and goes above and beyond!

My husband and I are a young 75 and have bought and sold roughly 9 houses (homes & rentals)over our years. So we feel we have dealt with good, bad and the ugly of real estate. Dana is by far the best Real Estate Agent we have ever dealt with over the years. When I was doing my research on what agent should list our house I discovered she had a number of listings and was also representing some buyers but I swear to you she made us fell as if we were her one and only client!!! She was fast on response to texts. Always one step ahead of us. She was honest and always said it like it was. Some RE agent may represent YOU but they try to talk you into things to make the deal close. I didn’t find that at all true with Dana. She was always going to bat for us. The house closed within 33 days of listing; where some homes on Zillow were still on the market (that went on at approx. the same time). We are buying one more house (last one) and we asked her if she would represent us but she didn’t have a license in that state.
