    Jordan and Kaitlynn gave as an incredible experience buying our first home. Great communicators, very genuine, honest, and gave us much needed advice on things to consider. They have a great eye when considering a home for someone else and I cant think of anyone else we would consider when we buy again. I’ll be referring them to anyone I know looking for a home!

    This was our second time in 7 years partnering with Kaitlynn Phillips, and when were ready to sell, well seek her support again! Kaitlynn showed an appreciation for our specific buy/sell situation and understood the objectives most important to us.     My partner and I were first time home buyers and we could not have asked for a better real estate agent than Jordan Phillips! Jordan was truly AMAZING. His knowledge of San Antonio was truly impressive and he really helped us narrow down the areas in which we wanted to live. Jordan was always available to tour homes with us and had fantastic input, suggestions, and thoughts to consider for each home. He explained every single step of the home buying process thoroughly and never left us in a lurch. He went above and beyond, especially when there was some delay in closing due to an issue on the sellers end. While the situation caused stress and frustration, Jordan was a guiding light through it all. He kept us informed and always fought for our interests.
