Dana has been the best realtor to work with in Rockport. She did an excellent job staging our interior and our listing photos were professionally done. She is always responsive to emails, calls, and texts. We had a contract on the house within 3 months; however, things werent meant to be and that one fell through. Dana wasted no time getting the house back out there, front and center, and we had another offer a couple months later and closed without issue. We are now on our second round with Dana, but this time we are buying. Highly recommend Dana for any of your real estate needs!

Dana represented me in what I thought was going to be a very easy land purchase. I was sitting outside when a local Realtor came to the vacant land next to my home and put her sign in the ground.Dana was available and immediately worked up an offer and submitted it to the listing agent within an hour. She recommended an aggressive offer. Within 24-hours the offer was accepted, and I was on my way. Easy? Nope...As it turned out the seller was not the only family member with a financial interest. Believe the final count was seven individuals were part of the family that had either traded, bartered or inherited their interest in the land.As this moved along week-after-week my frustration grew as it seemed there was way too many family dynamics going on. Some were not happy as they were not consulted the land was even going to be sold. After consultation with Dana, I authorized her to make a reasonable concession to appease the clan. Today, I am the owner of the property.Dana consulted me this happens and can be worked through. She stated title will ensue they get all the needed signatures to extend their coverage to protect my interests - I need to be patient. She was creative in dealing with the sellers family dynamics and gave me great advice on how to satisfy those in opposition to the sale.If you are looking for an honest, hardworking, knowledgeable, and responsive Realtor I would strongly recommend using her.
