Dan not only helped us buy an amazing and highly sought-after home, but also helped us sell that home 4.5 years later when it came time to build our forever home.He always puts his clients’ needs first and will be there every step of the way. Since he first became our realtor back in 2020, he has always been just a text or call away throughout the years of knowing him. Dan goes above and beyond answering any questions we may have and letting us know we can always count on him, beyond buying or selling our home. He is a trusted friend and we will refer him to anyone and everyone we know for his excellent service.

Dan was excellent, thorough, professional, and timely throughout the entire process. He took his own personal time going above and beyond getting my house sold in a matter of weeks. My house sold in literally less than 3 weeks, to a buyer with an incredibly attractive cash offer. If you want the best, contact Dan immediately. I was not expecting the process to be that fast, or easy at all, but Dan made it happen.

If I had the time to write a million reviews I would. This is my second property purchase with Dan, and although it took a lot of negotiating, he was able to make the deal happen. Today my wife & I did something that I thought we would never do which is close on another house. Dan was outstanding, he made the home buying experience easy and stress free. My wife and I had been looking for a while but were unable to find the right home and in some cases we really felt uncomfortable. Dan took all the anxiety away and walked us through the process. I felt like Dan was looking out for Me and my wife it was about just selling me a home for a commission. Five stars is not enough for Dan. An appropriate number would be closer to five hundred! Dan is literally THE man. We bought our home with him and sold it with him. He saved us from losing a buyer when we experienced last minute issues. Dan is extremely responsive and will do anything and everything to assist with buying and selling. He works tirelessly to get you the best deal possible. He even cleaned our pool for us! We have a life long friend in Dan. Do yourself a favor and make sure you hire Dan. Over the course of months we saw many houses and Dan made himself available to view them at our leisure. If we should buy again, Fan will be our first choice.

Dan was so amazing and was honestly a miracle worker. We bought our home in 2020 when the market was incredibly competitive and it seemed like every time we would try to put an offer down, we were outbid or the house was already under contract. Dan did such a great job of staying optimistic even when it was really discouraging going to house after house. In the end, my family ended up moving into a wonderful neighborhood we never thought we would be able to afford, but Dan worked his magic to get things where we needed price wise. Dan was always a call or text away and would even send us housing lists to look at in the middle of the night to try to come up with a game plan for us to move into the house of our dreams. Dan Stakley and Destiny are the best realtor and lender in San Antonio. I loved them both because they didn’t waste my time or leave me without valuable information. Both provided reasonable expectations, timelines, and the possible obstacles I may experience. Dan was so easy to work with, he’s hands off and gives you just enough space to figure out exactly what you’re looking for but still guides you and checks on you to ensure you get the support you need. Destiny has been by far the easiest lender to work with, she requests all of the necessary paperwork up front, requests additional free funding to help with down payment assistance, closing costs, and very thorough. As everyone knows, the home buying process can be stressful and a headache, so being able to work with knowledgeable and an understanding team is a necessity. I would recommend anyone to work with these two.
