Working with Trixie was a great and seamless process. She helped us got approved with the builder when weren’t able to by providing more solutions and service. We were able to pick and build our dream home. Besides successfully negotiating almost $30,000 of incentive, Trixie was also able to ask for the builder to reduce the sale price after the appraisal came in short. In the result, our closing was smooth and we are very happy.
