Crystal has been fantastic to work with and has helped me navigate the process of finding, negotiating the price, and closing on my first investment property. She’s extremely responsive, always makes time to answer questions, provide information, and show me new properties that fit my buy box. She’s knowledgeable about real estate and financing options, but also what’s happening in the city. I also think she went above and beyond to help me know what things to look further into, like code violations, historical district requirements, etc. I’ll definitely continue working with Crystal for future purchases and if you’re looking for an agent to represent you I highly recommend her.

Crystal is AMAZING!! She got right to it. As soon as I told her I was ready for a new home she did not hesitate to send me her listing of available homes I would qualify for. I sent her my list of favorites and she was quick to set me up for our walk throughs. She was patient with me as I went through a few houses before I found THE ONE and she made sure to help me do everything that had to be done to get my process started. I HIGHLY recommend Crystal she is VERY knowledgeable and experienced and she gets the job done right!

We met Crystal a few months ago and right away I knew we picked the right realtor. She was patient with us, and listened to what we wanted. She showed us several home in areas we were interested in and when we found the one she worked tirelessly and endlessly for us. There were multiple offers on the house and she worked for us day and night getting us through the home buying process. If we ever decide to move again, there is no doubt she will be the person we reach out to again. I highly recommend anyone interested in buying a home to give her a call!!
